. Comes now GEORGE S. COMPTON by his undersigned attorneys
_ and represents that he is the duly acting and qualified person
representing the above estate, that he is ready~to be dis-
- charged as Personal-Representative..
Your Petitioner states that he has filed a Final Report
reflecting the handling of the affairs of the estate, which
report has been approved by all the beneficiaries under the
Will of the decedent. Your Petitioner further reports that -
he has distributed the funds on hand to these beneficiaries .
under .the Will, as shown from the_Receipts and Consents attached
to this Petition. - -

Your beneficiaries have consented to your Petitioner's
~ discharge without further notice.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that this court will
enter an Order of Discharge discharging him as Personal
Representative of the above estate and discharging his bondsman.
Under penalties of perjury, -I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts therein are true to the best of
