This cause coming on this date to be heard upon Petition.
for Discharge of Personal Representative of the above estate,
the Personal Representative bang George S: Compton, and the
court finds that the estate has been properly probated and
assets distributed, and that claims and creditors have been paid,
that it is not necessary that a Federal Estate Tax Return be
.filed, and a Florida non-tax certificate has been procured, and
that it further appears that the beneficiaries~of the estate
have. consented to the closing of the estate and have waived
notice of any hearings and that the Personal Representative
should be discharged.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition
for Discharge filed in these proceedings. be approved and that
the Personal Representative George S. Compton be discharged.
The estate is declared to be fully administered and closed.
