LAST WILL APID TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN R.-BAUDER
I, JOHN R. BAUDER, of St. Lucie•County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish-and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and ,all other Wills
and Codicils. heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: 'I direct my Executor to pay, out of my '
residuary estate, all of my just debts including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and per=
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or- after
the execution of this Will, to my wife, ALICE C. BAUDER,
as her-own absolutely, provided she survives me, and if my

~ said wife does not survive me, then all of said property
i
shall go instead equally to my children, WALTER C. BAUDER,
• presently residing at 518 Boger Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida,
and EDITH E. BAUDER, presently residing at 1976 17th Avenue,
Apartment 10, Vera Beach, Florida, share and share alike.
- In the event either of my children shall fail to survive
me and shall leave a descendant or descendants living at
my death, such descendants shall represent their ancestor
and take said ancestor's share,-per stirpes, otherwise the
share of such child shall drop out, thereby increasing the
share of my other child or his or her descendants, as the
case may be.
