LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN R. BAUDER - Page Two
CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate
successor, as Executor of this Will,
My Executor is invested with full power and authority
to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and all personal
property and real estate belonging to my estate.
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my wife, ALICE C. BAUDER,
and I die under such circwastances that it cannot be deter-
mined which of us predeceased the other, I direct that it
shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased my said
wife, and the provisions of this Will,. shall be construed
and the distribution of property shall be governed and
regulated as if I had, in fact, predeceased my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this day of 1974.
