I, FRANCIS FORD, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound mind and~disposinq memory,
do make and constitute this as and for my~Last Will and
~ Testament, hereby revoking and renouncing any and all Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.

I direct that all of my just debts be paid and all my

general expenses, including medical expenses and funeral.
. expenses,~be paid as soon as possible. after my decease.

I give, bequeath and devise all of the rest, residue and
remainder of all of my property, of whatsoever nature, real
or personal, and wheresoever located, and the proceeds of the .
sale of the assets and inventory of my business, which I have
conducted under the name of Frank Ford Fence Company, pursuant
to the provisions. of Article IV hereof, to my Trustee, as
4 hereinafter named, in trust for the use and purposes and upon

' the terms. and subject to-the conditions hereinafter set forth,
' ~ to-wit:
A. A trust is hereby established and created for the
~ benefit of my Wife, HELEN FORD.

~i B. The trust income shall be accumulated but the Trustee

is given absolute authority in his or her sole discretion to

spend such sums as he or she may deem necessary and. proper for

the support and maintenance. of the Beneficiary. Trustee is
hereby authorized-and empowered to pay to the Beneficiary so
much or all of the principal of the trust which the Trustee;

in his or her sole discretion, shall deem necessary for the

support and maintenance of the Beneficiary. In distributing
~ the income and or principal of this trust, the .judgment and
discretion of .the Trustee shall be exercised only after con-
sideration of all other income and cash resources available
