C. The Trustee shall have the powers end duties granted
to trustees under Parts III and IV of Chapter 737 of the Florida
Statutes, except that said Trustee shall not be required to
provide any bond or regular annual accounts. It is hereby
- made clear that the Trustee shall sell any real or personal
property of whatsoever kind acid wheresoever located if_the
_same be not income-producing when, in the sole discretion of
the Trustee, such sale shall be in the best interest of the
Beneficiary of this Trust.
D. This Trust shall be construed as a spendthrift trust,

- ~ and the Beneficiary shall have no power-to dispose of or to
charge by way of anticipation, assignment,-mortgage or pledge-

in any manner, any interest, whether income or principal, given -
~to the Beneficiary; and all such sums payable to the Beneficiary
shall be free and clear- of the debts, alienations and ant-icipa-
tions of the Beneficiary and of all liability for levies,
attachments and proceedings of whatsoever kind in law or in

~1 equity. In the event of bankruptcy or insolvency of the

Beneficiary, the Trustee shall have the absolute power to

terminate this trust and to pay out and distribute the accumulate
income and principal in accordance.-with Subparagraph E hereof.

t, E. Upon the death or remarriage of the Beneficiary this
Trust shall terminate and the Trustee-shall immediately pay
out and distribute the accumulated income and principal, in
equal shares, to my children, ELAINE MATTHEWS, EILEEN FORD, f

CARMEN-GILMORE, THERESA FORD and DOROTHY FORD, free and dis-
ci
charged of any trust. However, if my daughter, DOROTHY FORD,

i~ is still a minor at the time of said distribution, then I

direct that her share shall be retained by the Trustee in Trust
II _
-for her proper support, maintenance and education, until she
shall obtain the age of 18 years, at which time-her share shall r
be distributed and paid out free and clear of any trust.
