I direct that my Executrix, hereinafter named, shall
upon my death continue to operate and conduct my business,
Frank Ford Fencing Company, during-the administration acid
probate of my estate and prior to the consummation of a
sale of the business as a whole or the sale of the assets
~ then used in the operation and conduct thereof. During the
time that my Executrix shall conduct my business, Frank Ford
I Fencing Company, she shall be empowered to operate and conduct
~ •said business in the same manner and to the same extent as I
might have, including, but not limited to, the hiring and
firing of employees, the purchase of inventory, the payment
~of debts and liabilities, the borrowing of sums of cash

necessary for operations and the assignment and transfer of -
the assets, including inventory and accounts•receivable, to -
secure the payment of the same. •
VI.
I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter, ELAINE MATTHBWS,
to serve as Personal Representative of this Will. If the
~ said, ELAINE MATTHEWS, shall fail or cease to.serve, I\appoint

my daughter, EILEEN FORD, to serve as. Personal Representative.
I direct that no bond shall be required of the Personal Represent .
