estate, CELESTINE A. McCOSH, by and through her undersigned "
attorney and requests the Court.*o issue an Order for Summary - -
Administration and says:
. 1. The only assets in this estate consisted of a settle-
went with South C~arolina.Insurance-Company~on behalf of Jerry
Raulerson in the -amount o-f $10,0O0.J0, which settlement has `

previously been approved by the Court. The insurance has been
collected and paid to the Personal-Representative and distributed.
2. The estate is not indebted.
3. That pursuant to PGR 5.530 this Petition for Summary ~
Administration is filed to close formal administration as further ~
administration is unnecessary. -
~ T,IHEREFORE, Petitioner requests .the Court to issue an
Order for Summary Administration.
