RIDER
9. To further secure unto the mortgagee the payment of the aforesaid
note and the performance by the mortgagor of all of his promises and
covenants herein made, the mortgagor has and does hereby transfer, assign. -
and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents, income and profits now or .
hereafter pertaining or arising from said property, with fuU power and right
unto the mortgagee to receive and collect the same; provided, however, that
so long. as the mortgagor shall fiithfuUy keep and perform each and every of
his promises and covenants set forth in said note and set forth in all other
portions of this mortgage and suffer no default in connection therewith, the
mortgagee shall allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
