This cause came on for hearing on February 20, 1979, upon Respondent's
Notion for a More Definite Statement and Motion to Dismiss, and the Court,
having heard the contentions of the attorneys for the Respondent and the
Petitioner, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: .
1. Respondent's Notion of More Definite Statement is denied.
2. Respondent's Motion to Dismiss is denied because Petitioner has cured
the objection by the filing of the Declaration Under ilniform Child Custody
Jurisdiction Act.
3. Respondent is given 20 days from the date of the entry of this Order
within which to answer the Petition filed herein.
