- FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This Action came on for hearing on the 20th day of _
February 1979, upon the verified petition for adop- -
tion filed by~the Petitioners, FRANCIS WARREN FINK and STELLA
GAIL (PERKINS) FINK, his wife, and upon the recommendation for
adoption and consent by The Children's Home Society of Florida,
and-upon the answer filed by the Florida Department of Health-
and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing to the Court that
the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor
child sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of the
child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is
suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is:
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as CYNTHIA LYNN FINK

is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, FRANCIS-
i
WARREN FINK and STELLA GAIL (PERKINS) FINK, his wife, and is
given the name of CYNTHIA. LYNN FINK, by which name she shall here-
after be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that said child shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioners, FRANCIS WARREti FILAR and STELLA GAIL (PERKINS) I!
FINK,. his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject
to all obligations of children born to Petitioners.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, _
