SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE 434`795 ~ ~
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, a corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the
owner of a certain mortgage given by Gwendolyn Ha=ellief dated April 18, 1968, and
recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 171, page 1
1620, securing the payment of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO/100-
----------------------------------------------------------------Dollars (:5,10.0.00)
covering the property in the County of St. Lucie, Florida, Both hereby acknowledge
that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage
and the note secured thereby,-and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage
and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage
in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the .
Circuit Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the same of record.
This is a corrective satisfaction of mortgage designed to correct an erroneous
reference to the mortgage which was to be satisfied in that certain satisfaction \
of mortgage recorded in 0. R. Book 303, page 1224, of the public records of St.
(.ucie County, Florida, said other mortgage being still in•full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF; said First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce-has caused .these presents to be subscribed in its corporate name by its
Vice President and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 21st day of February,.
