Notice is hereby given under the~~provisions of Chapter
718.110 (3), Florida Statutes, 1977, and under the provisions
of the Declaration of Condominium of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, ~
A Condominium, as recorded in O.R..Book 168, Psge 1348, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and specifically under
Article VII of the Declaration of Condominium, entitled t
"method of Amendment of Declaration, as recorded in O.R. Book
168, Page 1351, and amended in O.R. Book 224, Pages 263 and
264, effective February 14, 1974, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, that the following amendment of the Declaration
of Condominium was duly and regularly made and adopted, as
provided in said Declaration and the Law:
1) ARTICLE XVII,- MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS, Section H of
the Declaration. No deletion. Add the following sentence
at the beginning of the paragraph
"It shall be the duty of the Secretary to mail a notice
of each annual or special meeting of the membership
stating the time and place thereof to each unit owner
of record, at least fifteen (.15) days, but not.more
than forty-five (45) days prior to such meeting."
It is further certified that this amendment, in every
respect, was adopted according to the provisions of the
Declaration Charter, and ey-Laws of Holiday Out at St. Lucie,
A Condominium, and the Florida Condominium Law, on the l7tti
day of February, 1979, at. the annual meeting of the membership
E wherein the requisite number of ownership were present. -
