CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT
OF THE BY-LAWS
OF HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM
Notice is hereby givens .under the provisions of Chapter
?18.112 (i), Florida Statutes, 19??, end under the provisions
of the Declaration of Condominium of Holiday Out at St. Lucie
as recorded in O.R. Book 168, Page 1348, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and specifically in Article VIIII
of the 8y-Laws entitled "Amendment to the By-Laws" O.R. Book 168,
Page 13?9 and amended February 14, 19?4, O.R. Book 224, Page
.263 and February 21, 1976, O.R. Book 249, Page 2393, that the
following amendment of the By-Laws of Holiday Out at St. Lucie,
A Condominium, was duly and regularly made and adopted, as
provided in said Declaration and the Law:
1) ARTICLE II-A, MEETING OF MEMBERSHIP, Section 2. Notices,
of the By-Laws, as amended 2/14/?4. 0 elate line one as
fbllowss
. "It-shall be the duty of the Secretary tb mail a notice
of each annual or special meeting stating the time and
place thereof to each unit owner of record, at least.
~tve-~5~ days, but not more than forty-five (45) days
prior to such meeting."
Substitute as follows:
"It shall be the duty of-the Secretary to mail a notice
of each annual or special meeting stating .the time and
place thereof to each unit owner of record, at least
fifteen (15) days, but not more than forty=five (45)
days prior to such meeting."
It is further certified that this amendment, in every

respect, was adopted according to the provisions of-the
0 eclaration Charter, and 8 -Laws of Holida Out at 5t. Lucie,

A Condominium, and the Florida Condominium Law, on the 17th
.day of February, 1.979, at an annual meeting of the membership _
wherein the requisite number of ownership were present.
