EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEI~NT, made the 25th. day of January, 1979 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCYS.COUNTY,-a F or a Ban ng Corporation,
party of .the first part, and R.Keith 8urd,II and Nancy Burd,his wife

WiTNESSBTH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain praaissory note dated October 7 1977 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN !C F ST.~LUCIB COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the suw of
Eleven thousand seven hundred and no/10
the first ptyaent co¦~inq due Januarv 7, 1978
Interest at 9~$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premisee,`to-wit:
Being more fully described in that certain mortgage deed
above described and being recorded in Official Records
Book 275, Page 1874, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

-AND WHEREAS, .the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns,
hereby mutually agree that the. time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of Ten thousand and no/100 due on said note be, ~
and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
$10,000.00 plus interest due July 7, 1979. Interest rate - 10$
