= ELSIE P. FRANKLIN who, after being first duly sworn, upon her oath

- 1. That SHIRL C. FRANKLIN and BLSIE P. FRANKLIN were the
owners of the following described property:-
- Lot 6, Block 1, SHARPE'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8 at Page 61 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That SHIRL C. FRANKLIN and ELSIE P. FRANKLIN were married
- on Julyl8, 1947 and that said marriage continued .without inter-
ruption until October 6, 1978, the date of his death; Affiant sayeth
nothing further.
