THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this day o~
1979, by and between CHARLES M. ROUSELL, as
personal r esentative of the estate of DONALD J. McKINLEY,.
deceased, party of the .first part, and BBTTX JO McKiNLEY, an un-
remarried widow, of 1033 Srown Road, Lantana, Florida 33462, party
of the second part.
WHEREAS., .the last will and testament of DONALD J. McRINLEY,
dated September 22,.1978, was admitted to probate by order dated
the 20th day of October, 1978, in Palm Beach County, Florida,
according to the records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,-Pro-
bate Division File No. 78-2183-CP 06f and.
WHEREAS, party of the first part was appointed personal repre-
sentative of the estate of DONALD J. McRINLEY.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
That in exercise of the power and authority liven the party _
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
. Dollars ($10.00), arnl other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid by the patty of the second part, the said CHARLES M.
ROUSELL, as personal representative, does hereby grant, bargain,

of ST. LUCIE, and State of Florida, more particularly described as

Plat Book 12, page 14A of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
