This cause having come to be heard upon the Motion of-the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment herein and the Court having
f
considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on behalf of
the Plaintiff and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, -
finde and determines that the Defendant is indebted to the
Plaintiff in the amount of $6,542.33, plus interest on said indebt-
_ edness from March 31, 1978-, to the present at the rate of 8 percent
per annum; and the Court further finds that Plaintiff is entitled
to recover the coats it incurred in bringing this action, which to
date equals $34.50; it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, Lloxd Schonrock f/d/b/a Schonrock -
Drywall & Paint is hereby found to be indebted to the Plaintiff,-
PPG-Industries, Inc., as set forth above in the total amount of
$6,921.28, for which let execution issue.
2. That this Final Judgment shall bear interest at the

legal rate allowed by law from the date hereof until satisfied.
