YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suite was instituted by the
-above named plaintiff against the above named defendants on the
o~ _ day of February, 1979, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 5, PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 25,
according to the plat thereof filed in Plat Book 13,
page 32, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated December 16, 1977,
from Oloqistics, Inc., a Florida corporation, to First Federal
~ Savings and Loan Association of Fort. Pierce, which said indenture
Hof mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 282 at page 2280 of the
. public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yours accordingly.
