SVER$TT J. ROWAN and DOROTHY A.. ROWAN, his wife, on property located
at Apt. #3511 of BEACHTRBE I CLUSTER.
CHERYL 5. MILLER, who was the Notary Public in the above-mentioned Deeds
hereby states that the date of both Deeds was incorrectly shown as
December 20, 197. This was a scrivener's error, and the date on both
Deeds shquld be December 29, 1978, the sane date as shown o~? the Acknowledgments.
