PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS ~ t
AND HOMESTEAD .
The. Petition of LILLIE MAE BERRY respectfully shows:.
1. That she is 3.nterested in-the estate of her deceased
husband JACOB H. BERRY, a resident of 8t. Lucie County, Florida, who
died intestate on March 4, 1978, in Fort Pierce, Florida, at the aqe
of sixty two (62) years.
2. At the time of the decedent's death, the decedent owned
the following described real property: _
Lot 15 of Block K of the Revised Plat of ALAMANDA VISTA
SUBDIVISION according to the revised map of said Black K _
as recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 40, in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
on which the decedent resided as the head of a family consisting of
decedent, his wife,•~LILLIE MAE.BERRY, and their son, JOHN HENRY BERRY.
3. The decedent was survived by a surviving spouse, LILLIE
MAE BERRY, and by the following named children:
John Henry Berry
-Jacob Hilton Berry, Jr.
_ Glory Jean Berry Dickerson
Bernice Berry Wynn _
Celestine Berry Roundtree
The above. named children constitute the surviving lineal decedents of

the decedent JACOB H. BERRY.
4. The above described real property and all improvements
thereon constituted the homestead of the decedent within the meaning_of

Section-4 of Article-X of the Florida Constitution, and upon decedent's
death, the said property descended to: life estate in the surviving
a
spouse LILLIE MAE BERRY, remainder in fee simple to the named children

in paragraph 3 above of this petition.
5. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
