determining that the above described teal property and all improvements
thereon constituted the homestead of the decedent JACOB H. BERRY, and
upon decedent's death, descended as set forth in paragraph 3 of this
Petition and that the Court further enter an Order determining the
parties set forth therein as the heirs at law of the decedent.
