ORDER DETERMINING HEIRS
AND ORDER DETERMINING HOMESTEAD
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
LILLIE MAE BERRY, surviving spouse of the decedent, an interested
party in the estate of JACOB H. BERRY, deceased, and it appearing
that the Petitioner has made diligent search and inquiry to ascertain
the names, residence and post office addresses of all persons having
any interest in the estate, and that the interested named parties in
the Petition for Determination of Heirs and Homestead was served
with the Petition by formal notice under the rules of Probate Procedure,
and the Court having found and determined that the decedent-JACOB
BERRY died intestate on March 4, 1978 in Fort Pierce, Florida, and -
at the time of his death owned the following described real property:
Lot 15 of Block K of the Revised_Plat of ALAMANDA VISTA-
SUBDIVISION according to the revised map of said Block K
_ as recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 40, in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - -
on which the decedent resided as the head of a family. during his life,

and that he was survived by his spouse LILLIE MAE BERRY and the
following named children: JOHN HENRY BERRY, JACOB HILTON BERRY, JR.,
~ GLORY JEAN BERRY DICKERSON, BERNICE BERRY WYNN and CELESTINE BERRY
ROUNOTREE, IT IS THEREFORE,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sole heirs of the deceased
JACOB BERRY-who died intestate on March 4, 1978 in Fort Pierce, Florida
are the surviving spouse LILLIE MAE BERRY, and the following lineal
descendants: JOHN HENRY BERRY, JACOB HILTON BERRY, JR., GLORY JEAN
~ BERRY DICKERSON, BERNICE BERRY WYNN and CELESTINE BERRY ROUNDTREE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above described
real property and all improvements thereon constituted the homestead
of the decedent within the meaning of Section 4 of Article 10 of the
