Florida. Constitution, and statutes thereto in existence on March 4,
1978, and that upon decedent's death the said property descended to
the decedent's spouse LILLIE MAS BERRY, for life, and the remainder
in fee simple to the children of the decedent, to wit: JOHN HENRY
BERRY, JACOB HILTON BERRY, JR., GLORY JEAN BERRY DICKERSON, BERN~CE
BERRY WYNN, and CEL$STiNS BERRY ROUNDTREE.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
