of the above-entitled estate, file this their Petition for Discharge
and allege:
1. Decedent, HATTIE STERN, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on October 18, 1976 and Letters of Administration were
issued to Petitioners on November 8, 1976. .
2. Petitioners have fully administered this estate, by making
payment, settlement~or other disposition of all claims-and-debts that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of ~ -
all expenses of administration.
3. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the
State of Florida, and have obtained and filed with this Court evidence
of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both Federal and
Florida estate taxes, if any.-

4. Petitioners have made distribution of the assets of this -

~ estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distribution attached hereto :
as Exhibit "A".
