6. Petitioners have filed simultaneously herewith Receipts of
Beneficiary and Consents to Discharge duly executed by each of the
persons named in paragraph 5 of this Petition,. xherein said bane- -
ficiaries have acknowledged receipt of complete distribution of the =
share of the above estate to which was entitled and releasing the

Personal Representatives from all further liability in connection with -
said estate. .
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that, after satisfactorg proof
has been presented that distribution has been made in. accordance with
the Schedule of Distribution and that claims of creditors have been -
- paid or otherwise disposed of, an Order be-entered discharging Peti-
tioners as Personal Representatives of this estate.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read the
foregoing and that the facts alleged are true, to the best of our -
knowledge and belief. - _ -
