This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge
of the guardian of the property of FRANK WARD SMITH, deceased, _
Incompetent; notice of hearing on said-petition having been -
all persons entitled to same, and the court being satisfied
that the guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as such
_ guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final return,
and has delivered the assets of the ward to the person enti-tled _
thereto; it is -
ADJUDGED, that said guardian is discharged and the surety
on the guardian's bond, if-any, is released from further lia-
bility.
