SEPARATION AGREEMENT

WITNESSET~I
WHEREAS, the parties became Husband-and Wife on April 25,

. 1959 at-Fort Pierce. Florida, and have lived together as-man.and

wife until on or about May 11, 1974, and that as a result of their

` ~?arriage, three children were born to the parties namely Tracy
• ~ _ -
Lynn Strickland, .age 13; Adrianna Lorin Strickland, age 11; and

Brian Keith Strickland, age 8. •

-WHEREAS, unhappy differences have arisen between the parties

by reason. whereof they have consented and agreed and do hereby con-
7 i ~ sent and agree to live separate and apart from each other during
~ ~ -
~ r~ r^ their natural lives; and, -
~ _ -
WAEREAS, the parties are desirous of entering into an

~ agree:~ent under which they may hereafter live separate and apart
bj during their natural lives, and under which fair and reasonable
provisions shall be made for the Wife and for the minor children
of the parties, all as are ..hereafter more particularly set forth: .
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed as follows:

1. The wife shall have custody of the minor children of
~ t're parties, reserving-unto the Husband the right to visit the

children at reasonable times and place-s~provided, however, that

the wife has-the children during. the Christmas Holidays.
~ 2. The ciusband agrees to pay to the wife as and for

support-for the minor children of the parties the sum of $150.00

3. The wife is to have the 1972 Oldsmobile owned by the

p parties and she hereby agrees to make the mortgage payments thereon.
