4. That the parties hereto are the owners as tenants
bf the.entirety~of real property located in St. Lucie County,
-Florida; that in the event either party obtains a Final Judgment.

of Dissolution of Marriage against the ofher. then the parties
hereto shall become tenants in co~tunon of said real =troperty.
5. The wife hereby relinquishes and waives any right
that she may have to past or future alimony from the Husband.
6. In the event either party obtains a Final Judgment
of Dissolution of 'Marriage against the other, the provisions of
this Agreement shall be incorporated in such fir?al judgment.
THIS AGREEMENT is complete and constitutes alI of the
agreements between the parties hereto.
