that I, HAROLD W. KRUGER, of Waterford Township, Qakland County,
Michigan, have made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do
make, constitute and appoint ~ wife, ALt,EGRA A. KRUGER, ~ true and lawful
attorney for me an+d in my name, who may in my place and stead, have the
power and authority to receive and .receipt for any and all sums of money or
payments due, or to become. due, to me, to draw checks or drafts upon any and
all. bank accounts or deposits belonging to me, and generally to do and perfonn-
all matters and things, transact all business, make, execute and acknowledge
all contracts, land contracts, deeds, orders, mortgages, releases of mortgages

writings,-assurances and i-nstruments which may in his estimation be requisite
or proper to effectuate any matter or thing appertaining or belong#ng to me
and generally to act for me in all- matters affecting ~ business or property,
whether real, personal or of a mixed character, including the power to bargain,
sell or otherwise dispose of said property, including, without limitation -
thereto, any and all corporate stocks, bonds, or other securities I own and, `
' also, any real estate which I own, with the same force and effect to all
'~,i intents and purposes as though I were personally present and acting for myself.
This Durable Power of Attorney shall. not be affected by disability of the
principle except as provided. by statute.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to
do and perform all and-every act, deed, matter and thing whatsoever in and
about my estate, property and affairs as-fully and effectually to all intents
and purposes as I might or could do in ~ own proper person if personally
