IN RE: THE MARRIAGB OF ' NORMAN GILLIS, Husband ~ - and MAE BELL GILLIS, Wife - - FINAL JUDGMBNT _ - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Thfs cause came on for trial the 22nd day of February, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and the stipulation presented at the final hearing, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation_of~ husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between NORMAN GILLIS and MAE BELL GILLIS be and the-same is hereby dissolved and the parties I. - - and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. 2. The Stipulation presented to the Court is hereby incorporated herein. by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions-thereof. ~ - 3. MAE BELL GILLIS be and~she is hereby. authorized to assume her former name of MAE BELL FUSSELL. 4.
