THIS CAUSE vas heard on the 19th day of February , 1979, upon
the Notion for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent havipg appeared in person in open Court and NSI having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore adjudged
that the Respondent is in arrears in .the amount of $2175.00 and it is therefore
ADJUDGED that JOHNNIE H. GAMBLE , the Respondent, had '
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby -
' sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on APRIL 9 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found>
on the first $900.00; it is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment-for contempt*
- PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released'by paying the sum of $ 900.00 _ ,plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and .costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
f authorized deputies are therefore -
ORDERED to arrest the said JOHNNIE H. GAMBLE on said
date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
' execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit
Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further

` ORDERID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward 7®[/said arrearage payments(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
