THIS CAUSE was herd on the 19th day of Februa~
ry , 1979, upon
the Notion for Enforcement previously filed herein by fire Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, i
and the Respondent heving appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and berg fully advised~in the premises, it is therefore
- ADJUDGED that JAMES WILLLAMS , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now~ad3udged
guilty of willful contempt of this~Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for conte~rpt he is hereby
' sentences to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on APRIL 23 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 425.00 ,plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore r

ORDERED to arrest the said JAMES WILLLAMS ~

~ date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,. Florida, for the
_ execution of the above described 3udgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit
