THIS CAUSE was heard on the 19th day of _February , 1979, upon
the Motion for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner being present in open Court in person and•represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and. the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises,~it is therefore
ADJUDGED that DAVID ALLAN HICKMAN , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad3udged
guilty of willful contempt of_this Court for his willful failure.to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in•the St. Lucie County Jafl, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commenci~c~g on MARCH 23• , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be-found.
PROVIDED, NO~dEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 360.00 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court .of this County, together with costs of this arrest. -You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED to arrest the said DAVID ALLAN HICKMAN ~on said
j date and deliver him to the Sheriff of 5t.~Lucie County, :Florida, for the -
execution of the above described 3udgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit
~ Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further
f ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit. Court shall and he is hereby
~ ordered to forward gZZ/said arrearage payments(s) received from the Respondent
€ until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department. of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child Support~Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
