22. Release. Upon payment of cep sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall ukase this~Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all coats of recordatan, if any.
23. Attorsrey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's feu" shall include attorney's fees, if any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
