per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 30Z, pages 125U through 1326, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the
Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:.
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years. -
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record. -
_ 3. The Declaration o.f Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
e 4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property-Owner's Association, Inc.
a Florida Non-Profit corporaiton, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shill insure to and be binding upon the heirs, -
executors administrators successors and asst ns of the res ective

The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed
