is subject in every respect to the lk~c l oration of Condominium as 'to t)re conclc~mirrium
in which his unit is located and I~chil~i is attached thereto, including b+rt not
limited to (whether the same-are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the BY-laws of the Association Articles of_Incorporation, the It+rles and-
. Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by-Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, >3y-laws and )kclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and purchaser
further ac)vrowledges receipt of and reading aird examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowlecl~es that caclr and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Rrrchaser and all.owncrs of parcels in the ~foredescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to~abide by each and every provision of said Ikclar- -
ation of condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rrr-ciraser Hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Ucclar-atiorr of Condo-
minium and Exhibits-attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the
Property Owners' Association docrAnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said~T'urchaser ac)mowledges and confirmsS
that the lkclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encu~r+bered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
. ~ Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Teclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rrrchaser ass+m+es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' ASSOCiat1011 as to his cortdomnirmr parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induce+nentc, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid-Declaration of Condominitnn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses aril the suns due wider tare Property Oa~+er's Association -
and other charges are estimated only. No warraurty or guaranty is rn~-rde or intended
nor may vne be relied except where t)re.same is specifically warranted or guaranteed- -
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
