THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 19th day of February,
1979, upon Petitioner's Rule To-Show Cauae, and the Respondent having

been present in Court, and the-Court being advised in-the premises,
it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. THAT Respondent shall not be held in contempt of
court.
2. THAT the previous Oder of this Court dated-De-
cember 17,-1973, in~Case No. 73-911 CA shall be. amended in that
Respondent shall now be required to pay_ to the Petitioner for the
benefit of DEBRA NORMAN, born February 2, 1964, minor child of the
parties, the sum of $20.00 per week,-plus an additional $2.00 for
payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support-payments.
F These payments are to begin on the 5th day of March, 1979, and there-

s after on Monday ~of each and every week; that said payments shall be

made in cash,-by cashier's check or by postal money order to the
€ ~
` Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the
said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Clerk of Superior
Court, Dougherty County Court House, Albany,-Georgia 31702.
` This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further
E Orders as may be deemed equitable.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
