having been present in Court and the. Court being fully advised in
the remises it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Respondent shall not be held in contempt of Court.
2. Respondent shall have forty-five (45) days from the
date of this Order to pay arrears in the amount of $481.00 which
is the amount due as of February 16, 1979. In the event these arrears
are not fully paid within the time allotted .herein, Respondent .shall.
be held in contempt of Court and sentenced to a term of thirty .(30)
days in the St. Lucie County Jail at Fort Pierce, Florida. _
