THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney and
the Respondent having been present in Court, .and the Court being ad-
vised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of FIELDING PIEPEREIT, born 5/25/67,
minor child, the sum of $10.00 per week, commencing March 2,.1979,
and continuing at said rate .through May 18, 1979,.provided, however,
that beginning June 1, 1979, the amount of child support shall be
increased to $100.00 per months payable on the first day of each
and every month until the eighteenth birthday of FIELDING PIEPEREIT.
Each of the above payments shall be made by Respondent in cash, by
cashier's check or postal money to the Clerk of Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
- and each payment made shall include an additional $2.00 as Clerk's fee
for receiving and disbursing support. payments. The said Clerk shall
I transmit the said payments to: .Child Support Enforcement Section,
1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal

to the State of Washington as long as the case is certified as a
i Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department
!
of Health &-Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV=D
case, he will then forward all support tos Whatcom County Superior .

~ This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the

purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as
may be deemed equitable.
