rod, said iron rod leing the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run North 26°58'19" West,-
parallel to the said Easterly right-of-way of U. S. No. 1,268.92 feet; thence
run South 89°40'45" East, parallel to the said South line, 292.97 feet, to the
Westerly right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway (Right-of-way 'of Old Dixie Highway
being used as 15 feet from Centerline); thence run South 23°40'33" Bast, along

THIS is a Corrective Warranty Deed executed :xnd recorded to correct the legal
description in that certain deed executed the 30th day of May, 1978, recorded in
0. R. Book 288, Page 183, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
incorrectly set forth the width of the right-of-way for Old Dixie Highway.
