This cause coming on for final he-arinq on the Motion for
Summary Judgment in Foreclosure of Plaintiff upon Plaintiff's Com-
plaint to foreclose its mortgage,- and on the Motion for Summary
Judgerent ~n Foreclosure of Crossclaimants upon Crossclaimants'
Crossclaim to foreclose their mortgage, and the evidence offered.
in support of such Complaint, Crossclaim and Motions for Summary
. Judgment, and the Court being fully advised. in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon all
of the Defendants. and Crossdefendants, and all of the Defaults pre-
viously entered in this cause are ratified and confirmed.
2. -This Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this cause
~ and its subject matter, and the allegations contained in the Complaint
and Crossclaim have been proved by competent evidence.
3. The mortgage sued upon by Plaintiff constitutes a valid
first lien upon the property hereinafter described, and the mortgage
is in default as alleged in-the Complaint. The mortgage sued upon by
Crossclaimants constitutes a valid second lien upon the property
hereinafter described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in
