The above itemized sums are now due and owing to. laintiff, together
with-such further sums as may be paid by Plaintiff for Court costs,

6. Plaintiff has a lien to secure payment of the above
itemized sums against the following described property in St. Lucie -
County, Florida:
All-of the Northeast Quarter (NEB) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW~); all of the Northwest Quarter (NW~C) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW~); LESS AND EXCEPTING the
following:
~ 1 - Begin at a point where the East right-of-way
line of Rings Highway as it exists today inter-
~ sects with the South right-of-way line of Indrio
Road as it exists today; thence. run East along
the edge of the South aide of the Indrio Road right-
- of-way a distance of 208.75-feet; thence run South
- on a line parallel with the~Kings Highway right-
_ of-way a distance of 208.75 feet; thence run West
on a line parallel-with the Indrio Road right-of-
way to a point that intersects with ,the edge of
the East right-of-way of Rings.Highway; thence run
North along the East edge of the Rings Highway

of beginning.
