Crossdefendants and all persona, firms or corporations claiming by,
through or under the Crossdefendants or any of them, with the excep-

t tiff, and the property will be sold free and clear of any-claims of
the Crossdefendants. -

9. The Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice
~ required by Section-45.031 of the Florida Statutes, is directed to
sell the mortgaged property described above in Paragraph 8 to the
highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale, at the east door
~ of the St.-Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear
and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights,
~ equities and interests of the Defendants and Crossdefendants and
all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the
Defendants and Crossdefendants, said sale to be held at 11:00-a.m.
