annullin all•other Wills or Codicils to Wills heretofore made by me.

I direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and

the expense of my last illness and funeral as soon after my death as may be
practicable.

I give, devise and bequeath the House Trailer located at Ccean Breeze f'
Park, Jensen Beach, Florida, to my-son, STANLEY L. SWARTS, JR., as
long as he occupies it, and when he no longer desires to occupy the same, then
it is to become a part of the remainder of my estate.

ITEM THREE -

I give, devise and bequeath my property situated in Allegheny Township,
estmoreland• County, Pennsylvania, consisting of approximately eight acres ,
