Williams, petition the court-and allege: ,
1. That DOROTHY A. CHERIONES died on August 12, 1976 and at
the -time of her death her residence was 205 Gregory Road, West

palm Beach, F1. 33405:
2. That probate proceedings•were filed in the Circuit Cour
Palm Beach County, Florida in File No. 76-1962-CP-06 and on
November 1, 1976 Letters of Administration were issued to the
petitioners as personal representatives of the Estate of Dorothy
A. Cheriones.
3. That among the assets of the Estate of Dorothy A.
Cheriones is a parcel of rea 1 property located in St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, being more particularly described as;
Lots 6 and 7, .Block 785 of Port St. Lucie,
Section 18, a subdivision according to the ,
~ ~ plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, page
17, in the public records of St. Lucie

County, Florida.
4. That the administration of the Estate of Dorothy A.
~ Cheriones has now been completed and petitioners desire to .have
{ the probate proceedings admitted to probate and record in this
court. Exemplified copies of the pertinent portions of the pro-
