4.5 I give and bequeath to my nephew, ROBERT R. FULLER, JR.,

sister, MARY C. WILLIAMS,-and my niece, EUGENIA LYNN WILLIAMS, my-

Florida,- together with the_improvements thereon and the furniture,
fixtures and eguipment-located therein, and my former residence -
if it is not sold prior to my death, located at 465 Northeast Twelfth -
Street, Boca Raton, Florida, together with the furniture, fixtures
and equipment located therein, which property is also described

4.7 I give and bequeath to my niece, MARY-ANN ZAPETIS, and -
