5.1 I give end devise all the remainder of my property, both
real and personal, of every nature and wheresoever situated of which
I may die seized or possessed or to which I may be in any way entitled

or interest therein acquired by me or to which I may become entitled
after execution of this Will, and all other property .over which

exercised, released or refused to exercise to my sister, THELMA
