6.1 With regard to both real and personal property, 'for the
purpose of paying taxes, Claims and the costs of administration,
Payment of bequests and making distributions management of the properi~y
aHd for every other proper purpose, they may acquire, retain, invest,
reinvest, exchange, lease, sell, mortgage, pledge, transfer and ~
convey in such manner and on such terms without limit as to time
