the first codicil to the will of Dorothy A. Cheriones, deceased,
and no objection having been made to their probate, and the court
finding that the decedent died on August 12, 1976, it is
ADJUDGED that the will-bearing date August 26-, 1975 and
E attested by Charles W. I;ittell, Karen S. Berry and Mary Etta

Pyles as subscribing and attesting witnesses, and the first codi-

cil to the will bearing date December 23, 1975, attested by

witnesses, are admitted to probate according to law, as and for
